Working as part of our product team, the Technical Lead will drive the architecture, design, and technical execution of solutions applicable to manufacturing customers. The Technical Lead will own technical decision-making across the product lifecycle, mentor and guide a team of engineers, ensure adherence to coding and design standards, and act as the primary technical point of contact between the development team, product management, and customer-facing teams.
The Technical Lead is expected to be passionate about building scalable, reliable, and secure industrial software, curious about manufacturing technologies (IoT, Edge computing, OT/IT integration), and comfortable balancing hands-on coding with technical leadership responsibilities.
